So today I was cleaning up after B had finished her snack. Henry is in this phase where he likes to help me with the swivel vacuum. We used to own one that was called "the shark," which is why I still call the little vacuum the shark. So as I look at the mess of crackers on the floor, I asked Henry to go get the shark.
"Ok, mama," he said.
Then he ran out of the kitchen. I got busy doing other things. A few minutes passed, and Henry comes running into the kitchen.
"I got it mama," he said as he proudly held his big stuffed Bruce the shark up in the air for me to see. "I got Bruce."
So cute.

Very cute. : ) I love that. BTW, you are so talented with the card making - I always love your compositions and colors, etc. They are beautiful!
Thanks for your comments on my blog...I think I might need to e-mail you directly b/c it seems we are going to Charleston afterall. I need some serious advice! :) Best areas for schools, your church etc. Any help would be great! How do you find time to do all that stuff you do?? :) Take care!
I am so glad you are writing these precious words down somewhere! To answer your question about the cake mix cookies... we made Funfetti ones last week for the second time and there must be something about that cake mix that makes it more difficult to make into cookies. They tasted OK, but not as good as the chocolate you made for last night (which were too good)or the lemon. We are going to make strawberry next. I think they would be good with white icing in between two layers! Decadent!
